THE CRUMBLER ALPHA (small flow rates) – 0.75kW (1 HP) – three-phase

○ Grinding rate of 60 to 80 kg (132 to 176 lbs.) of bread per hour (depending on the type and hardness of the bread).

○ Power – 0.75 kW (1 HP) – Three-phase motor

○ Adjustable breadcrumb diameter from 1 to 10 mm (0.03 to 0.4 in.) for grinding hard and soft bread.

○ Includes: dust cover, two grinding sieves (3 mm and 10 mm [0.11 to 0.4 in.]), recipe booklet, new recipes each month, health and safety sheets, and marketing tools (CRUMBLER PACK).

The Crumbler Alpha bread grinder is ideal for small bakery and pastry shops, and traditional restaurants. Its flow rate of up to 80kg (176 lbs.) per hour as well as its sieves of different sizes (3mm and 10mm) will allow you to grind breads and pastries that are still soft or dry into breadcrumbs.

These breadcrumbs can replace flour in many recipes. Thus, you considerably reduce your waste, save on raw materials (flour, butter, almond powder) and further integrate your business into a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach.

Using the Crumbler Alpha not only allows you to offer your customers new eco-responsible products but also to participate in an anti-waste program! Moreover, bread that is made with more than 10% breadcrumbs results in a slightly roasted flavor that consumers really enjoy. 

THE CRUMBLER 1 (medium flow rates) – 1.5kW (2 HP) – three-phase or single-phase

○ Power – 1.5kW (2 HP) – Three-phase motor

○ Adjustable breadcrumb diameter from 1 to 10 mm (0.03 to 0.4 in.) for grinding hard and soft bread. 

○ Includes: dust cover, two grinding sieves (3 mm and 10 mm [0.11 to 0.4 in.]), recipe booklet, new recipes each month, health and safety sheets, and marketing tools (CRUMBLER PACK).

○ Easy access to the grinding chamber via a single thumb screw knob.

○ Safety sensor, European Conformity (CE) certification.

○ Recommended for: Bakeries, pastry shops, traditional restaurants, and caterers.

The Crumbler 1 is ideal for artisan bakeries and mass catering. It is more powerful than the Alpha model and has a flow rate of up to 100 kg of crushed bread per hour. It is also equipped with sieves of different sizes :

A fine sieve: which allows you to grind dry bread into fine breadcrumbs which can be kept for up to 4 months.

A coarse sieve: which allows you to crush soft breads, croissants and brioches. Breadcrumbs stay soft and have several uses: topping for breads, or replacing flour in small cake recipes like muffins or financiers. The breadcrumbs for croissants and brioches will add butter to your recipes (and therefore save reduce costs). Of course, there are endless possibilities; a recipe booklet is included with each Crumbler Pack.

Changing the sieve is very simple and safe (CE certified). Indeed, the Crumbler is equipped with a sensor system preventing it from starting if the grinding chamber is open. Additionally, two safety contact points are required prior to starting the Crumbler. One is located in the front and other in the back.

Cleaning and maintenance of your Crumbler is easy. Does not require any special maintenance other than cleaning with a blower or a brush to remove excess breadcrumbs.

THE CRUMBLER 2 (high flow rates) – 2.2kW (3 HP) – three-phase

○ Grinding rate of 150 to 200 kg (330 to 440 lbs.) of bread per hour (depending on the type and hardness of the bread).

○ Power – 2.2kW (3 HP) – Three-phase motor

○ Adjustable breadcrumb diameter from 1 to 10 mm (0.03 to 0.4 in.) for grinding hard and soft bread.

○ Includes: recovery tray, two grinding sieves (3 mm and 10 mm [0.11 to 0.4 in.]), recipe booklet, new recipes each month, health and safety sheets, and marketing tools (CRUMBLER PACK).

○ Easy access to the grinding chamber via three screws.

○ Safety sensor, European Conformity (CE) certification.

○ Recommended for: Semi-industrial bakeries, pastry shops, and large retailers

○ Dimensions in cm: W 60 x L 80 x H 140 / Dimensions in inches: W 23.6 x L 31.5 x H 55

The Crumbler 2 bread grinder is ideal for large distribution centers and semi- industrial bakeries and pastry shops. Its flow rate of up to 200kg (440 lbs.) per hour as well as its sieves of different sizes will allow you to very quickly grind breads and pastries that are still soft or very dry into breadcrumbs.

This model has the highest power and largest breadcrumb production rate in the Crumbler series. The Crumbler 2 is only available in a three-phase version.
